B.S.S. Public school has a very big playground. It has a huge boundary wall. There were many trees around it under which students sit and talk on matters of interest to us. . There are many flower plants too. We have a children playing area in a corner which has some swings and slides for small children.
Students use the playground for our physical training exercise and drills. They also play many games like kho kho, kabaddi, foot ball, volley ball, hand ball etc. on the ground. Sometimes the inter school games are also played in our playground. B.S.S. gives special importance to games and so it insists that all students should take part in all games. During the lunch break, students sit in the shade of the tree and eat our snacks there.
Our school annual sports function is held on our playground. Even on the Republic day and Independence Day, we arrange flag hoisting program on our ground.
The Play field provides the playing facilities for different age groups of children. For nursery and preparatory classes the students have excellent facility of Electronic swings, Kangaroo & Train. In the play field they can learn about different types of birds, animals and other things by real portraits and status of the entities. Small bicycles, see-saw slides, swings and basket ball facilities entertain the students. For upper class students, there is a separate play field which includes facilities like badminton, cricket, volley ball, basket ball and other play things separately for boys & girls.
